Mr. Alex Bo WANG

 

Mr. Wang received his Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2002. During 2005 and 2007, he pursued his study in China University of Political Science and Law and received his Master Degree in Law.

From August 2002 to December 2006, Mr. Wang worked with the State Intellectual Property Office as an examiner in the physics examination department and material  technology examination department. During January 2007 and December 2009, he worked for Patent Re-examination Board (PRB) in charge of reexamination and invalidation cases and represented the PRB before the court. In late 2009, he started his career as a patent attorney in Ella Cheong (HK & Beijing). In June 2011, he joined Panawell & Partners, LLC, handling the cases in the field of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

Mr. Wang provides a variety of services on patent-related affairs including patent drafting, prosecution, responding to office actions, handling rejection, invalidation, administrative litigation, infringement litigation and infringement analysis. Mr. Wang is a member of the All-China Patent Attorneys Association.

Mr. Wang's working languages include English and Chinese.
